Annual Membership Brunch / Meeting

Guest Speaker: Josh Bartz

"Bridging Age Groups in the
LGBT Community"

Josh Bartz

As a member of Frontiers, your attendance is strongly encouraged at the annual All-Member Brunch and Business Meeting. The meeting part is brief, consisting of overviews of last year's annual meeting minutes, financial and membership status, and a State of the Club report from the president.

Guest speaker this year will be Josh Bartz, president of OutReach, along with a couple members from OutThere, an LGBTQA group for young adults ages 18-24. Josh will be discussing efforts to break down the generation gap within the LGBT community.

Member voting will then be held for the new 2010 Board of Directors. Descriptions of Board positions are outlined in the Frontiers By-Laws. The new Board will meet immediately after the Annual Meeting.

Of course, the event takes on a social nature throughout as we enjoy brunch in our private room and share our memories of past years and ideas for the future. Frontiers will subsidize the cost of the meal; active members pay only $10 -- quite a deal (alcohol drinks are extra).

Plan to be at the West Side Club right at 11:30 am. We look forward to seeing you!

Location -- West Side Club: 437 County Hwy M: Take the Beltline to Mineral Point Rd exit; head west; turn left at the first light onto Hwy M; the restaurant is a short distance, on the left.
