Navigating the System of
Caregiver Support

Are you concerned about the health or safety of an older family member or friend? Does your partner have an illness that requires your assistance?

Even though providing care to a loved one so they can remain at home offers many rewards, the physical, emotional and financial consequences for the caregiver can be overwhelming without some support. To address these challenges, Claire Culbertson, Caregiver Program Coordinator for the Area Agency on Aging of Dane County, will speak about resources and support available through the National Family Caregiver Support Program-- a program designed to make the role of the caregiver a little lighter, a little easier.
